Chow has been in the takeaway business since the age of 12, he learned everything from his parents on how to run the business who have been in the trade since 1970 and ran the Kowloon since 1990.
In the Kitchen

Our chef Futang aka Tom from China who has over 20 years experience in Chinese Cuisine and has been a chef in various hotels in China including the Hilton International.
